The Chelsea READ Corporation is the non-profit arm of the Chelsea Housing Authority and stands for the Chelsea Housing Authority Resident Empowerment and Development Corporation. The organization is registered with the State of Massachusetts corporations division and is currently applying for a 501 C 3 designation.
